Instructions To Mediums on Starter Clients
We are happy to facilitate sessions with Starter Clients around the world. There are 3 steps to participating:
- Raising your hand to start working with Starter Clients,
- Referring friends and family to the Starter Client Volunteer program,
- Getting your referrals registered and started booking sessions
Please know that this program is completely free to you and your referrals.
Raising Your Hand to Start Working With Starter Clients
- First we’d ask that you complete this new Medium Competency Tool as objectively as possible. This is for your consideration so you can gauge your own abilities and also so we can see where additional programming might be helpful for our members.
- If you believe you are ready to work with Starter Clients, please be sure you have indicated that in the Profile section of your VerySoul registration. Just go to verysoul.com > practitioners > my profile > preferences > “I currently want to do sessions with” and tag “Starter Clients”
- Once approved we will contact you by email with further guidance on getting you set up and other aspects of this program. Approvals may take a couple of weeks depending how many Mediums self-nominate
Please note that If you have not already been practicing on VerySoul and/or we don’t have enough feedback that clearly supports your readiness, we may ask for a quick conversation to discuss further.
Referring Friends and Family to the Starter Client Volunteer Program (Non-Mediums)
- Any VerySoul Medium of any ability level can make referrals. But before you decide who to nominate, please read through and consider these criteria for selecting friends & family to nominate as starter client volunteers.
- Each Medium has been given a unique referral code and can have as many friends and family enrolled in the program as they wish.
- We have drafted an email that you can use to send this information to your referrals. You can find that email through the main VerySoul drop down by selecting My Profile > Referral Email (in the upper left corner under your name). This button will automatically send the email draft to you with your unique referral code embedded. You can personalize it however you’d like and then forward it directly to your nominees. This experience is completely free to you and to your referrals
Please choose your referrals thoughtfully for your fellow Mediums. Starter Client Volunteers will also receive brief instructions before each session to help them feel prepared for the session.y
Getting Your Referrals Registered
- Your referrals will be asked to watch this which will automatically appear at the beginning of the very brief registration process.
- Once enrolled, they will be able to book sessions with available mediums who will be assigned randomly.
- Until our scheduling algorithms are a little more sophisticated, they will be asked to cancel any bookings that result in repeat sessions with the same medium more than once in a 60-day period. As the Medium, you can also cancel repeat sessions that you notice
- Starter Clients will be asked to complete a feedback survey after every session.
