Welcome to VerySoul!
Now that your membership has been approved, you have 30 days to complete the onboarding steps for our system so that you can start practicing with other Mediums. These steps should take no more than 20-40 minutes.
Regardless of your level of experience, we ask that everyone participate in at least a few practice sessions just to learn our platform and be certain all of your technology connections are working appropriately.
Please take the following steps in this order:
1) Understanding Guest vs. Host Medium
Watch this brief video to understand your options for being a Guest and/or Host Medium. We recommend that you get set up to play both roles in the booking process, but you may prefer to start only as a Guest until you are more comfortable with our system.
(You control the speed! Use the small gear wheel in the lower right of the videos to make it faster or slower to your preference.)
- Please find the email from us titled “Book As A Guest Online with VerySoul ”. (check spam/junk and gmail “promotions” folders as well)
- Follow the instructions in that email to confirm your guest account.
- You may now begin booking practices with other mediums at: VerySoul.com > log in > Book A Practice
3) Set Up As Host Medium – If you are uncomfortable with technology, please just Book A Help Session for assistance from our support team. Otherwise, Watch Video #2
We’ve created an account for you on FlexBooker.com. When you are instructed to sign in, go to Login, in the upper right corner. Use the EMAIL that you registered in VerySoul as your FlexBooker ID, and the same password that you used for VerySoul.
Do NOT create a new account or purchase anything from FlexBooker. The cost of your account is fully covered by us.

4) Once you have finished connecting your calendar and zoom accounts, please book a systems test session with our support staff at Book a Test Session so that we can finalize your setup.
